Mark has over 30 years’ experience as an award-winning and professionally qualified Director with extensive financial and commercial success in Banking, Aerospace, Defence and Information Technology; achieving growth, improving business results, and winning new business. As a leader, Mark is skilled in building teams, coaching, training and consulting.
He is able to draw on a wealth of knowledge and experience in Senior Management and Director roles to challenge mindsets, develop strategy and improve execution. With a number of global corporations and smaller businesses, Mark has worked in the UK, the USA and the Channel Islands.
Mark is a qualified Executive Coach holding an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and is a member of the following professional bodies:
